MH550
The MH550 automatic strapping head features a compact and modular design with a robust one-piece aluminum cast housing. It offers adjustable strap tension up to 3500N (790 lbs) and includes a strap guide open feature for ease of use. The MH550 utilizes well-proven separate feeding, tensioning, and friction weld sealing systems, ensuring high consistent seal efficiency. This is further enhanced by environment temperature monitoring, which guarantees reliable performance under varying conditions.
The MH550 is manufactured using state-of-the-art technology, incorporating advanced materials and controls. It is designed for easy integration with three side suspension points and plug connections. Its long life and maintenance-friendly design contribute to high availability, making the MH550 a reliable choice for demanding strapping applications.
