MH150

The MH150 is designed to handle packs that are dirty or greasy, with no issues like those found with welding joints. It also works seamlessly with seals available in the market, without requiring proprietary seals like some competitors do. The strap is tensioned through a profiled tension wheel driven by a motor-gear system, which is frequency-controlled and adjustable by a pneumatic clutch with a manometer. This model ensures no tension is released, eliminating the need for an opposite joint or the Microlock joint. It accommodates a minimum parcel width of 80mm (90mm for 32mm straps) with hard packages, and the minimum coil diameter is approximately 400mm. Additionally, it can handle small hexagonal tubes with an 85mm side.
